Cath is a Personal Trainer, Plant-Based Nutritionist, and Health & Fitness Coach with over 14 years of experience supporting women in midlife. She also writes regularly for Vegan Food & Living Magazine.
Twelve years ago, after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the onset of perimenopause, Cath made the life-changing decision to prioritise her inner health and give her body the tools it needed to heal from within.
That journey sparked a deep passion for women’s wellness, and it continues to shape her work today. She is dedicated to helping women navigate the complex, often unpredictable path of menopause and beyond — with strength, clarity and compassion.
