Bootcamp - Thursdays 6.45-7.30am
• Resistance training
• At Sunninghill School Hall in the winter
• The Great Field Poundbury in the summer
• Every week is a different workout!

Bootcamp - Thursdays 8.15-9am
• Small group - 8 ladies max
• At Sunninghill School Hall DT1 1EB
• Exercises can be tailored to the individual
• Get ready to step up your training!
Sessions run term-time only
