Hi! I’m Cath,
Personal Trainer and Plant-Based Nutritionist with over 14 years of experience helping women in midlife thrive during menopause. My own journey began over a decade ago when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the onset of perimenopause. Through intentional lifestyle changes—including prioritising inner health—I transformed my life and now dedicate myself to helping other women do the same.
With my expertise in fitness, nutrition and menopause wellness, I’ve developed the Complete Body Reboot as a holistic solution for women struggling with hormonal weight gain and symptoms like insomnia, anxiety, and hot flashes.
