The Programme
The programme consists of over 38 short lessons for you to work through over a 12 week period. You will find an introduction to get you started as well as 5 main modules:
• Module 1: Daily Life Hacks
• Module 2: The Fasting Fix
• Module 3: MetaBooster Workouts
• Module 4: Body Transformation Nutrition
• Module 5: Kitchen Goddess
Each module consists of approximately 6-8 lessons complete with 1) an overview, 2) a video and 3) a downloadable document. We recommend that you complete and action each lesson before moving on to the next.
Action Plan
At the end of each lesson you are given an Action Plan covering the main points and how to implement them into your daily life.
Ongoing Access
The entire programme is available from the minute you sign up. We recommend covering on average of 3 lessons a week to keep the momentum going, but this will vary person to person. Once you finish the programme you will have ongoing access for you to revisit the lessons at any time.
Membership Hub
You will also receive an email inviting you to join our private membership Facebook group where you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts and find additional information such as recipes, useful study reports and queries from fellow members. Sometimes we get together for a live Q&A session and discuss elements of the programme.
